First draw success

I am thrilled, absolutely thrilled to tell you all that the first draw on Valentine's day went so well! It was a wonderful occasion! Two children were nominated and as per said in the rules and regulations post it is my hope that any child nominated will automatically get a parcel rather then be put in the draw. I've got wonderful parcels for the children and really hope that they bring some sunshine into their little lives. Due to the generous donations of the community we were able to pull three names from the hat of the people who were nominated this month!!! I am sending the parcels off tomorrow and will be posting videos and photos of what is inside the parcels once they have arrived with their wonderful owners! This feels absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much to everyone who has donated gifts for the parcels and nominated people to receive them! You are all wonderful wonderful people!!! It makes me heart glow! It really does! Thank you for helping me make my dre...

Be dazzled parcels guidelines and rules

Hi everyone! I'm afraid this is a far more formal blogpost then others will be but I ask that anyone who wants to get involved with the project reads through the rules whether they are here to nominate someone or would like to donate.  This project really comes from my heart and I want to do everything I can do to protect it for the future so it can run as long as possible and I feel the best way we can make this happen is by running it like a tight ship.   I will split the rules into three categories; Donating, Nominating and rules for the group. Ok! Off we go!                             Nominating someone to receive a parcel;  To nominate someone for a Be Dazzled Parcel you have 3 options. You may;  Message me through Facebook. I am Chloe Stripes Send an email to bedazzledparcels@...

Welcome to Be Dazzled Parcels

Wow! Here we go! I have dreamed of doing this for so long and I am beyond thrilled that I can finally do it! Please be under no illusion though, I absolutely could not be doing this without the amazing generosity of our contributors.  I promise this blog is going to be full of all the wonderful things related to this project but I thought in the first two posts I would introduce myself, my journey and what inspires me to do this then do the nuts and bolts and write in detail about the way this project will run. If I was a television presenter I would be telling you the terms and conditions are available online 😉😆 So, who am I?  Well, my name is Chloe, I live by the sea with my wonderful daughter and husband and before I got sick was a working singer songwriter. I was also studying for a degree with Open University in "Childhood and youth studies" with the intention of becoming a child protection officer in a school and a higher level teaching assistant (wh...
